The team at Thomas & Boyd's did a great job installing our hardwood flooring and carpets. We are very pleased with their timeliness and quality of work. Their installer is excellent and the plumber they work with did an awesome job installing our new sink. We highly recommend them for all your flooring needs.

Phil listened to what we wanted and directed us to exactly the right options for our stairs (2 sets), hallway and bedroom. He is super knowledgeable about the products he sells. The installation was done beautifully and quickly. Wish we had known about him several years ago! Highly recommend.

Thomas and Boyd installed vinyl plank flooring throughout the living room, dining room and hall. Philip and his crew did an amazing job caring for our home throughout the process. The flooring has really improved the character of our home and is so easy to maintain! We look forward to Thomas and Boyd replacing the rest of the flooring in our home!

Worst installation ever! Insurance claim that apparently wasn't up to their standards money wise. Sold us inferior carpet without telling us before installing that the insurance company didn't give us enough money to replace original carpet quality. How can you tell the quality from a 4x4 square, unless they tell you? Can see all the seems where they cut carpet. Cut the carpet too short at transitions, which had to be fixed by another company. This is just the beginning. Installed laminate flooring which was chipped and I'll fitted in many places. Chips filled in with wax crayon, yeah this will hold up over time. Also terrible floor that scratches and chips at the drop of a hat. Tell us if the insurance company didn't cover the quality we had and we would have paid for an upgrade. Chips fi
