Horrible customer service. Out of town contractors not welcome. Provided quote for project now will not set up concrete due to inactive account. Requested information multiple times to get account reactivated. No response. Dispatch will not be bothered due to inactive account. Told do not have time for COD customers. Have another large job coming up later in the year will not attempt to use again since not welcome this time.
Horrible service. Was promised concrete, but when called to pay for it was told they were booked. Wasted a day of my time when I could of found someone else. Now I’m left without concrete for today. Highly disappointed.
