The Team at Thomas was extremely helpful in helping me find a concrete finisher who could creat a new patio for me! The concrete patio looks great!
If I could put zero stars I would. Called on a Monday asked for pricing and Saturday delivery. Was promised a call back later that day or Tuesday. No call back. Called Wednesday was told he would get pricing and asked what time I wanted delivery on Saturday I said noon he said they were closed by noon so I said ten and he replied, “okay”. Said he would call me back later that day. Never called back. Friday I called to confirm delivery and pay, he said, “We can’t deliver tomorrow” Spoke to owner she made excuses and said “sorry” after I had to pry the apology out of her. Never rely on these people. 3 calls to them, a full week of delay met with a very insincere sorry. Save yourself the trouble/hassle/time/energy and call SRM concrete in Hardeeville. Called right after and Matt got delivery
