I recently had Thomas E Clark replace my HVAC units in my house and detached garage, After a thorough examination and explanation of our needs we were off and running. Everything went as explained, areas worked were clean units are working great. From the first call to the final follow up everyone was very professional and responsive. We have frequently used the services of Thos.E Clark since moving to washington 13 yeares ago with no clue who to call. We have been 100% satisfied each time. There teally IS a difference -- a good one -- dealing with a multi-generational family business! Prompt, neat, polite and above all 100% competent. I have read that some think they are more expensive that others. I do not know about that. I DO know that to attract and retain a team of experienced, well-trained and skilled technicians, they have to be paid properly....and that the result is consistently high service. We recommend witout reservation.
