Thomas Floor & Wall Coverings

The staff at the store were extremely nice and helpful. They had a huge selection to choose from and had my carpet installed very quickly. I'm giving 3 stars because their installers were extremely rude. They parked on my lawn without permission leaving tire marks in the yard. They also left a huge mess of carpet tracked throughout the hall and other rooms in the house they traveled through. Then, they left the roll of the extra carpet in the middle of the doorway to another bedroom obstructing the entrance. I am not able to move the carpet myself due to health issues. I do not recommend using them for installing the carpet.

My floors are absolutely beautiful. I love them. I’m so grateful that I choose the right floor company. I walked in for help picking out what I needed. The 2 ladies were extremely helpful. I selected my floor that day and soon the install began. The floors are perfect. It was nice meeting the owner who was very professional and answered all my questions. Nick the installer was very professional and did a superb job.

We have had Thomas Floor & Wall Covering do many rooms of carpet and tile in our current home and the home we lived in previously. They always do an excellent job. All of the personnel are always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and work in an efficient and timely manner. They always clean up when they are finished too. :)

Actually staff was very courteous and helpful. They had a great selection and we will be going back soon to choose flooring for our home.
