Let me start out by saying I have used them many times in the past. We had Richard Thomas give us an estimate to plant 2 new Hollys just like the ones we already had that came from Thomas years ago so they would match. They sent out an estimate to replace them and we went ahead with the work. When we went outside to look at the completed work, we noticed it’s not the same color or type of Holly we ordered. It’s a holly yes, but a different one. I called Thomas immediately and asked Richard to call me, but he never did. So I called back a week later and I spoke to Heather instead. I explained to her the issue again, and she stated that in fact I did return your call, which was not the case. She claims she left a message, but trust me no message was left. Harley and his crew did a FABULOUS job replacing our extensive mulch beds with cobblestone. The highest quality work. Neat and efficient. We couldn't be more pleased.

Thomas Landscape did an awesome job! My yard is really bumpy and slopes in one direction. They leveled the area before the playset was put up, then came back after and framed it and put down the landscape fabric and mulch. This project was a big deal for me, something special I wanted to do for my son that I hope he will enjoy for years to come. The fact that the entire crew was friendly and patient when my son asked questions meant a lot. They were all very professional as well, and the owner was out with them on the job at times as well. I highly recommend them and would definately use them for future projects.

They did a real nice job on our walkway and very competitively priced. As with any project that's big enough to take several days to execute, you should supervise intermittently and ask questions along the way to make sure there's mutual understanding that what's being done is aligning with your expectations. That's normal and is not at all a negative point. Thomas' were very helpful and responsive. I'm very pleased with the end result.

They did only a portion of the landscape beds. These photos were taken of the missed spots one month after they are telling me they came and completed it. There were several discrepancies between what was discussed verbally in person, and the contract. And then there were discrepancies between what was on the contract, and what was completed. For example, in person I mentioned I want the quote to include all landscape beds and I pointed out the landscaping areas around the pool and the soil/mulch which surrounds the trampoline area, I also mentioned I want them to lay down flower seeds along the front walkway. The contract said all landscape beds would be worked. Ultimately, the trampoline area and landscaping around the pool were not done, and a large area of soil/mulch/plants in the f
