This review is a couple years after Thomas Roofing replaced our roof (12/2023). I am writing this because I want to warn anyone who wants to replace their roof, don't let them talk you into removing attic fans. I was told the new roof vents would do as good or better than the fans. I am not just blaming Thomas Roofing, because everyone who I got a quote from said the same. Last summer we had to buy 1 portable air conditioner and we had to buy a second this year to keep the up stairs livable. Before with the attic fans we did not have this problem. As for the work, Thomas Roofing did a good job installing and cleaning up after (again 2 years ago). I am pleased with the roof but not the removal of the fans! In early May, we had our roof replaced by THOMAS ROOFING. I wanted to wait for some good rainfalls to come through before writing a review. NO LEAKS. They did a phenomenal job. I had three companies quote the job, they came in with the best price. All of the workers I spoke with were very friendly. Very pleased with the finished product, and will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Would not recommend doing business with the Thomas family or ANY their related entities. We rented from Thomas Family Holdings LLC located at Thomas Roofing and had to take the matter to court to recover our security deposit after repeated requests were ignored and a move-out inspection was refused. The communication we received during this process was unprofessional and intimidating, which is documented in the attached screenshot. The deposit was only returned at the courthouse, immediately before the hearing. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and could have been avoided by following basic legal requirements. Sharing this so others can make an informed decision.

We recently had a leak and thought it might be coming from our roof. Shawn came by the house incredibly quickly, climbed up to inspect the roof, and took the time to thoroughly look into the issue. He was so kind and approachable, making it easy to discuss our concerns. It turned out the roof wasn’t the problem, but the experience left such a positive impression that we won’t hesitate to reach out to them in the future, whether it’s for a repair or when it’s time to replace the roof. Shawn is a reflection and a true credit to the company. If you’re looking for roofing services, we can’t recommend Thomas Roofing enough.

I have been a 100% satisfied customer of Thomas Roofing for 13yrs. Trevor & Calvin did repairs to my roof this morning, they were extremely polite, completed the job in a timely manner, and Calvin showed me the old aluminum ridge vent they removed and a piece of the new, better quality, vent that they replaced it with. The office staff always answer my calls and are the nicest most professional people ever. I refuse to use anyone other than Thomas Roofing, I don't care if I have to wait a week with a bowl catching the rain from the leak; because they have always properly addressed my roofing repair needs and I have never needed to call them back for a rework.
