Thompson Maldonado Construction LLC

I was referred to Thompson Maldonado construction group by State Farm insurance who have them as a company on their list as trusted, professional and competent Construction. As it turns out, my particular claim wasn’t covered, but I contacted Thompson Maldonado anyway. Long story short they were very responsive and met every expectation of my to replace an 8 foot rotted out section of my main basement center beam supporting my upper floors in my 1910 built home. Because of the urgency they fit me into their busy schedule. They were so personable and responsive from the ladies in the office to the guys on the worksite. I needed a pet door installed in my 6-inch wall and they came out, as scheduled, and completed the job and I am very happy with the results. The only criticism I would have is that they could have put a barrier around the cutting area to prevent dust from escaping into the house, but all in all it was a fairly quick cleanup job. Communication throughout the project was always efficient and professional. Would use again. Recommended!

We had a water leak in upstairs bathroom that damaged the downstairs bathroom as well. The team at Thompson Maldonado, Todd, Julio, Tricia were all very professional and hard working. Julio, who did the majority of the work did a great job. The work did take one extra day but Julio did a lot of extra work to make sure everything was right. These are good hard working people and they will be doing all of our future projects.

We needed a new water heater urgently, we called and emailed everyone, nobody could come out urgently except Thompson Maldonado! They were very professional, arrived early and did a phenomenal job! Highly recommend, we will be back as repeat customers for other jobs.
