Recently had a furnace installed. Being a contractor ourselves we understand the level of professionalism that's supposed to happen on a residential job. First the installers left a HUGE mess in my house. Wires, dirt, debris and metal shavings. They didnt pick up after themselves at all, resulting in my vacuum getting broken in an attempt to clean the mess. The furnace itself is scratched and dirty. They put tools on top of my washer and scratched the top of that up. The moved my thermostat without my knowledge or consent, leaving a big hole and now missing paint that will be hard to try and match, after I fix the hole. They refused to try and make up for any of this and refuse to take responsibility, knowing the thermostat isn't in a place it should be. They placed it between my dryer and

We've had to have the water heater replaced and the furnace fixed, both shortly after purchasing the house. Very happy with the service for both projects

Make sure you have deep pockets. Might have to get a part-time job before calling. They like to charge for anything possible to up your bill. Don't bother calling because all you get are excuses. Kind of amazed I didn't get charged for a warranty part as well. A job I realize I could have done myself in 2 hrs after getting service manual, ended up costing me almost 4 hrs from a "pro" installing it.

We have had a lot of work done by these guys. Always polite and courteous and leave our place looking clean. They have always come in a prompt manner and estimates are always close to what our bill is. We appreciate having guys like this in our area. Office help is always very helpful as well. Would definitely recommend.

Charged double for the part they replaced, never warned of a 47$ credit card fee, would have used a check! These guys are a ripoff. Redlinger gets out call next time.
