Bruce made this the easiest task! He answered all my questions over the phone, was flexible to set an appointment to come out and measure everything, had the most reasonable prices (and I always shop around), and confirmed our appointment the day before. When he showed up the next day, he brought carpet samples with him, saving me a trip to the store front. His crew also showed up on time, were all polite, and had my new, beautiful carpet installed perfectly. We love the way it looks and they seriously couldn't have made it a smoother process. When we finish the rest of our house, we'll only need to make 1 call! Thank you!

Horrible customer service from both their stores in thomson ga. I originally called Thomson carpet center and the sales rep took my info for a appt for upstairs carpet install measurements. I had to repeat my information to this guy 3 or 4 times only for him not to show or call. Wasted a week waiting on them to come give and estimate. They slowed up progress on our rehab project

If you want flooring from a business you can trust, this is the place! Nice helpful staff.
