Top quality work. Poured cement walls with a notch for setting the 2x12 floor joists down into the foundation walls to perfection. Can't beat Dean's attention to detail as well as his work crew, thanks Andy. 30' x 30' foundation +- 1/8 ", doesn't get any better. Thanks for a quality job Dean.
