Thoroughgood's is exactly their name - thorough and good!! They are responsible, courteous, prompt - all qualities you want in any service. I can't thank them enough for taking care of us for so many years.

Thurgood appliance service is the worst. I am a senior citizen. I waited five days for my washer to be repaired. When the repair man came, he said he didn't repair the washing machine, and he would not tell me why. When I called the office to speak with them about this, they were also rude. Maybe it was because of my age. If you want to deal with nice respectful people who will actually do the work, don't use Thurgood. Ed Wright "s Appliance & Repair did the work, and they were terrific.

They were kind enough to sell me a dishwasher off the floor when the one I needed/wanted was out of stock. It was installed yesterday.
