Had used this company for products to remodel my in-laws bathroom several years ago, no issues. Called in November regarding items for a new client's remodel. Was told they no longer have a showroom in Mechanicsburg but I could drive to Lancaster. I asked for literature to show the client color options, pricing for the products I gave them model numbers for and a lead time if ordered immediately. Nope, they'd get back to me. Weeks later, I had to call them. Same guy, no answers. Repeated calls, texts... not a priority. I contacted THE SAME GUY and gave them 24 hours to get me answers or I'd have to take my business elsewhere. Still nothing. Over 6 weeks of waiting and I had no more info than when I started. I messaged them and told them thanks but no thanks. I will never make another att

My wife and I ordered a shower from this company while finishing our basement. When getting our shower out of the boxes all of the walls had been broken. I sent back to company and it’s been almost 2 years and I have yet to get back a refund. I have sent messages, calls customer service as well as spoke to a Clarence telling me he will give me my money back BUT when I ask for him he’s never in… never use this company.

I needed a water heater that ran an entire building for my work. They had it in stock and it was delivered a day earlier than I anticipated. The customer service was amazing.

A little difficult to find because it is attached to another business and is behind it. Otherwise easy maneuvering nice clean place.
