I attempted to order R.O. filters from this place. I was never told, in 3 calls, that they don't sell to the public. I was referred to the business by the manufacturer. Instead, they've decided to call my plumber to tell him I was going "outside of the chain of command". Hmm, it wouldn't have hurt anything to gently and graciously tell me, "We are wholesalers only and will ship to your plumber". Instead, when I was harassed (by obnoxious and repeated phone calls) by my plumber, they continued to call him, even when I called a different plumber, asking them to order the filters for me. Poor form.

Shannon is great to work with and always goes above and beyond. Incredibly knowledgable staff and will always do what they can to get you what you need.

Best place for plumbing in area. Helpful counter sales sold exactly what I needed to solve my toilet problem.
