I had such a great experience here !!! Beth was amazing!! She really understand what my husband and I were looking for and had excellent suggestions!!! Her suggestion for our basement bar sink was amazing!!! And the kitchen faucet she suggested is beyond beautiful and she even help me find the perfect matching cabinet hardware!! I highly suggest you working with Beth and the team her if you are looking for excellent design and shopping experience!! Thank you !!!

Very disappointing customer service. After placing a very large order for everything needed for two bathroom renovations, we found we needed to exchange a medicine cabinet for a smaller one due to something behind the wall. We have not even taken delivery of the items, but were told that we could not exchange or return the medicine cabinet. We would have to keep it and also buy the smaller one we needed. I would never have bought a single item from them had I known they are this unreasonable and take advantage of customers in this way. I am now very worried about any damages there may be to the items we ordered and if they will stand behind the order. I would not recommend this business.

If it was possible to give them no stars I would. We were sent to Thos. Somerville Co. to order shower walls, a vanity top, new toilet, and bypass shower doors for our mini bathroom remodel. The customer service at the Hempland Road Lancaster PA location was horrible. Our Swanstone walls were supposed to be ordered the beginning of Jan 2021. After being told numerous times that they were delayed we were then told in the beginning of July that Swanstone did not have our order and we would have to reorder at the current pricing which was higher than originally quoted. Beth took no responsibility for this screwup and blamed everything on Swanstone. We cancelled the remainder of our order and looked elsewhere. We ended up ordering from Weinstein in Lancaster and they had no problem gett

I called looking for a toilet handle part that other places didn't have. They had some spares that they were able to hook me up with. Thanks guys.
