This company has for the past few years completely mishandled my warranty and assisting me with my LG Mini Split which has leaked down my wall basically since it’s been installed. Which now is 4 years! To this day they haven’t found a solution and now won’t even order the parts that are under warranty to fix the problem that my new contractor has 100 percent deemed a factory defect. Beware

Called to see what the price was on R22 and they told me they can’t sell it too me or even give me a quote... I was fine with not selling it to me because I’m not licensed, but you can at least help me out with a price quote... not helpful at all.. I can order online with out a license and get quotes online... so much for shopping local!!

They had the exact part I needed. Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely would do business with them in the future.
