Loyalty means nothing to them. Been with GEICO over 30 years and come to realize they are NOT the best price, I am saving over $300 a month for car insurance alone since I switched to Progressive. I moved all my policy's over and am happy to be saving over $400 a month for the same or better coverage.

Mixed bag. Super convenient for shows as there is a bridge on level 5 right into the stadium. They seem to oversell though as there were a lot of car parked in non spaces. Made it super tight around turns to get in/out in certain levels. Had to be extremely extra cautious exiting….any bad driver is gonna be in trouble. Also signage show being sold for $25 at the site but it was $33 online.

Completely unfair. Tickets are being sold online for parking garage for well over what’s being posted outside at the door. Rep stated that ticket holder/pre-purchases would be given priority in parking however it was all a free-for-all Leads me to believe that if I hadn’t arrived early, I wouldn’t have been able to park. The only good thing about it was the walkway to the venue.

Dealing with this company feels less like insurance and more like a legalized protection racket. You pay faithfully every month, but when you actually need help, the system suddenly becomes slow, cold, and full of obstacles. The power imbalance is obvious—scripts, delays, and fine print all designed to exhaust you into giving up. It’s not personal, it’s just business… and that’s exactly the problem. Insurance should protect people, not pressure them. This feels closer to coercion than care.

I paid xtra to assure we would have a parking space. No indicators as to which lane was for passes and so we we backed up into an intersection while the lights just kept cycling no people directing inside the garage and they blocked off most places so the only place to go was out. We missed the 2 acts of our show because of this. Never again will I park here.
