Pat did a great job and was very professional and polite while on this service call. His communication was excellent, as he kept me informed of when he would be here and also gave me a breakdown of costs associated with this service call before beginning the work. Tyler was very helpful and very professional. He explained everything that we needed to know in terms that we could understand. I feel like the amount charged was more than fair.

Same day service. Called in the morning indicating a problem with the breaker. Tyler was able to get out the same day. Identified and fixed the issue. I have also used them to install a ceiling fan and they did fabulous work.

Thrower electric came by to add an electrical panel for a 200amp service increase. Even after a large price increase from my quote earlier this year Thrower was still more than $1,000 under another service provider. I was talked thru the process of possibly needed to find accommodation for overnight depending on the county inspector and made aware of other things to prepare for. The crew arrived as scheduled, was able to coordinate with Putnam county inspectors and tri county electric flawlessly. Thrower completed their install around 1pm with the county signed off on the work. Tri county was here with a new meter by around 1:15pm and I had power. Expectation possible one day without power, reality 5 hours and 30 minutes. I will use again thank you very much.
