Thurston Watts installed my AC system in my home when it was built 5 years ago. I always had a high electrical bills but assumed it just came with having a larger home. However in 2018 the bill started going even higher and I figured out one of my units was running all the time. After several calls I finally got Watts to come look at the units and one was found low on Freon so more was put in along with dye and I was told to call them back in a few months to locate the leak. I called them back starting two months later and after another full month of calling them once or twice a week and realizing they just was not going to make time to come back and I was forced to call someone else. Very rude. The lady answering the phones needs to slow her roll at let the customer explain the reason for calling. Nope never again. This place is 3 minutes from my house. I'll make the 15 mile trip to Boston rouge.

Great people. Very friendly. They do great work too.

I needed a dryer belt and they had the one I wanted. We had it replaced the same day it broke,!
