We have lived here 6yrs and we love it. Friendly and super nice neighbors, always ready to help when help is needed. Christmas is a special place here.
My husband's daughter and family built a home in this subdivision and it is quite nice. It's in a good school area, close enough but not too close to everything as far as shopping, dining and entertainment. All the homes are kept very well maintained. It seems like a very nice place to raise a family.
Tiburon is a beautiful housing edition located off of swan lake road in Bossier City. Great for small families and people who have grown to a point that their children have moved on. I lived there for 2 yrs and have nothing but praise for Tiburon. Quiet with well manicured lawns.
