Ticos Roofing

Nash is awesome! He has helped us twice in the two years since Ticos Roofing did the roof on our new construction commercial building and both times he's been professional, efficient, and educational. Neither of the water issues we've had have actually come from a leaky roof and Nash has helped us to identify the other sources of the issues. We really appreciate him going above and beyond for us! Additionally, Ticos has been super responsive when we've reached out for help and were great at helping us figure out the process for getting service through our roof warranty with Mule-Hide. Overall, we're really impressed with the customer service from Ticos and are so glad to work with them!

Tico's did my roof and I was SO happy! Not only with the quality of their work, but their employees as well! From the gentleman who gave me the quote to the gentlemen who did the installation. This was the 3rd roof I had replaced on this house and without a doubt it was the best quality work that was done. I absolutely recommend them!

Jake and his crew know their craft! Having never dealt with hail damage to a roof before, they made the process easy and efficient. They met the insurance adjuster on the roof, gave clear breakdowns of pricing/products, provided precise work, and finished hours ahead of schedule. I came home to a clean roof and yard, not a scrap to be found anywhere around the house. Tico's will be who we recommend and use in Northern Colorado.

The roof work itself seems to be okay, we will see as time goes on. They were very fast getting it on. However, they were extremely unprofessional and rude. We sent checks twice to them and they said they still haven't received it so instead of calling us, they sent a passive aggressive email to us AND our real estate agent. I would've rather paid a higher price to not deal with yet another company being unprofessional.
