Tidewater Insulators

Tried for 2 weeks to get an estimate.Called and left messages and no returned calls. I finally got someone in the office to answer and they said they would give my info to the sales department and still no one has called me. Thats a sad way to run a business.

Delivered a load...got unloaded quickly and narrow lot and very friendly and helpful people...thank you so much guys

I was a little concerned about using this company based on their reviews but I was pleasantly surprised to have such a good experience using their service! In my opinion they do not deserve these terrible reviews. Zack was my sales person and he could not have been more responsive and helpful. The installors were also very professional and did a very nice job! Our project involved a historical home in Cape Charles that had been gutted. They installed all of the insulation from top to bottom (3 stories). I would not hesitate to recommend this company, they are true professionals in their field.

Called Tidewater Insulators to get a quote. Took me calling three times and two weeks for a sales rep to get back with me. He came out and upon receiving the quote, which honestly was a good price, I accepted and sent it back. Didn’t hear back for two weeks so I called the sales rep to ask about scheduling then told me he’d call back next day with a date and time. Over a month later, never heard back. I sent an email saying I withdraw my acceptance and still never got a call or even a reply through email. For obvious reasons I will not be using them nor would I recommend them to anyone I know.

I would not use this company and tend to believe the reviews that say crews did not show up. I called 3 times for an estimate and never received a follow up call. Shea did tell me to call back if no one returned my call. It must be good to have so much business that you can't get a return phone call or an estimate. Follow up to your response-Thank you for your response. My real name is Dennis and I left you my contact information on 3 separate occasions. This should be more than sufficient for me to get a response/estimate. Obviously, there is an internal breakdown in communication. If it were my business, I would focus on this basic process. Why is my salesperson not getting this information? I have moved on gave the job to another sub-contractor.
