Chase came and fixed our plumbing problem after hours. Very polite and efficient. He was in the neighborhood and we saw his truck, called the number and WOW he was here!!!

They were able to get to us for an emergency situation and Chase and Lucas did a good job. We would highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10

They have no interest in fixing anything, just collecting money and charging fees. Do not use. I hired them to fix my water heater and they won't even call me back to tell me why they couldnt fix it or what I need to do.

For the standard house-call fee I was informed a $500 part (+ $300 in labor) would restore water heater pilot light function. Searching for an alternative, my husband YouTube’d the brand/model & located a video addressing this very issue- Turns out our no-hot-water prob was completely resolved by the simple press of a “Reset” button!! Following such a straightforward solution, I was angry about the hefty service call fee & subsequent misdiagnosis. Feeling duped, I contacted the office & spoke to Erica; She was attentive, respectful & quickly resolved the situation to my satisfaction- She was AWESOME!! Thanks again (:

Tim Herndon and his crew are the best. Tim was hired by CDD of the villages to fix a problem caused by our pool contractor. He had to reroute the storm water drain pipe that was severed and buried when the pool contractor dug our pool. This involved digging a trench 2 feet wide, 6 ft deep and 50 ft long. Also at each end of the 50ft length he had to dig a hole approximately 6ft x6ftx 6ft to to reconnect the severed drain. Tim and his crew spent at least 6hrs of there typical sunny Florida day, in the trench. Thank you Tim
