If I could give less than one star then I would. I moved into my home in September 2021, and we are still missing drawers in our master bathroom. I get that some people would say that they wouldn’t have moved in if they were missing drawers, however, I was nine months pregnant and it was time sensitive that we moved into our home. It is now in the middle of May and they keep giving me the runaround about parts that need to be ordered, and who can come out, when they can come out and it’s just getting out of hand. We don’t have functional drawers, when a technician did come out One of the times, he said that the drawers are put in incorrectly and that he needed special parts. I knew that there were special parts that needed to be ordered because another technician said the same thing months

I wish I could click zero stars. My hard working mother bought a brand new house, freshly built and they installed cupboards of all different shades. The cupboards clearly do not match and the guy that showed up to take a look said “yeah looks like something lifted the color” when it’s clearly two completely different textures and colors and said he couldn’t do anything. Not to mention him showing up and trying to make my mother sound like it was her fault for this issue. She even went to wash her hands and a drop of water dripped on the floor and he pointed and said “that’s why your cupboards look like that.” Not only was this company RUDE to my mother but they have awful quality of their products and do not care to live up to good expectations.

One star is already too many stars! Horrible customer service!!! I’ve been waiting for more than a year to get a cabinet door replaced. It was part of the house warranty. They kept saying they had scheduled the appointment then nobody came. I kept asking to schedule another appointment, they didn’t reply for months! Then they told me they finally “found” the report from last visit and that they would contact me in a day or two. It’s been a year and nobody came or contacted us. And the cabinet door still needs to be replaced. AWFUL company. We’re stuck with them bc our builder chose them, but if you’re looking for a cabinetry company, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE.

I see that many customers are very happy with this company. But I am not. They have warranty for 5 years which is good but let's say if you have problems after 3-4 years they will say that the cabinets design that you have is no longer out there and need a special order and there you go they will take weeks-months to fix that single cabinet. I had almost whole kitchen cabinets to replace so imagine how long I have been going back and forth. It's been over 1.5 year and still I am left with one cabinet to install. Their customer service is good but the way they work is terrible. Instead of me waiting for over a year if the design that I had was not available they could have given me some different design and fixed all my issues in just weeks. Today I talked to them and again no info on the

We had warranty work scheduled first time back in August and nobody cared to ask the right questions before sending the installer. The vent hood had to be disconnected by an electrician prior to him coming out. And that was just the beginning. The panel that was supposed to be put in place of the scratched one turned out to be scratched as well. Fast forward to February. Scheduled for replacement for a specific day and a specific 2-hour window. Nobody showed up. They don't respond to emails. The phone call doesn't go through. What a horrible experience.
