I purchased a new house with an Airtemp HVAC system installed by HarCo (TimCo). In the first year, I had the computer boards replaced due to incorrect installation. It took four visits to get it right. According to Tim, the owner of HarCo, they were wired backward. Tim repeatedly blamed his employees for the errors. His employees are all nice and polite and seem to be great guys. It's very unprofessional to blame your staff like that. Just after the three-year mark, the air damper motor failed. Tim said the damper motor was an unfortunate early failure and not covered under warranty. His tech spent less than 10 minutes to diagnose and less than 10 minutes to install an easy-to-access motor. Parts cost $129, and he charged $ 260 for the diagnosis and repair. I usually don't leave bad review
