My tech was Romeo, and he was so helpful! He explained everything so clearly, was able to diagnose the issues very quickly, and got things fixed in a jiffy. I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am for the work done. I won’t hesitate to use Timo’s again.

Great communication between office and techs. Had heat pump service and plumbing same day. Jonathan was professional and extremely polite. Did a thorough job maintaining our heat pump. Same with Eric who replaced a shower cartridge in the water valve. Great guys, great tradesmen. Every time I deal with Timo things run smooth. Techs are so courteous, personable, and well trained. The tech was great. We bought a whole new HVAC three years ago from Timo, with the cost you would think they would put surge protectors on the system. Last year they told us we need surge protectors on our system so I paid for those, this year they say we need surge protectors on another portion of the unit????? Every time they do a maintenance service they always find something, it’s always $700.00 to a $1,000 dollars. Are you kidding me. I have brand new equipment I bought from them.
