For anyone considering this company, stay away. They will probably end up wasting your time like they did for me. My water heater needed maintenance after my water was getting cold too fast. I called Titan and they came out pretty quickly. Joey came out and did the initial diagnosis and he was able to figure out with help from another guy Jay as well. Both of them together were able to give a proper diagnosis that my bottom water heater element was bad. Joey gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix and I was shocked... $1400. For background, the heating element part to make this fix costs a whopping $20 from home depot and takes no more than an hour to fix (and it takes only 15 mins if you do not drain out the water out of the tank). With a 5 month old and a 4 year old at home, we were completely panicked and desperate to get heat back as quickly as possible. Very pleased with the service received. Called the office for a dishwasher uninstall/install around 9AM. Lukas and Ashley arrived same day within three hours. They worked together great and removed the old dishwasher, removed the box and trash from the new one. Was a plus not to have to deal with this. Cost may be more on the high side but the value you receive from the team is worth the cost. Would recommend.
