We can’t say enough positive things about Tim Frederick and Titan Roofing. After a recent hailstorm Tim came out and inspected our home for damage. I made one phone call to the insurance company. They sent an adjuster out and Tim met with him to discuss all the damage to our home. Two weeks later we received a check from the insurance company and they had approved all the repairs. Tim worked with them to get all of this accomplished. Tim kept us posted on rain delays and even came out and put a small tarp over one area of the roof that was questionable, prior to another storm. The roofing crew did a great job, they were very respectful of our property. They really seemed to enjoy what they were doing despite the extreme heat. Brian at Titan Roofing is amazing. Everytime we called or texted he got right with us and did everything necessary to make any issues right. We had to have some inside work done on our flat roof sunroom due to leaking, which took a bit but finally got it taken care of. Not from lack of folks coming out to fix it, but just crazy issues. Titan Interiors came out, under the initial estimated repairs needed from Jason, and checking for any moisture. Andy and his team came out and made our sunroom look brand new again. They were wonderful to work with. We had an amazing cleanup on our ceiling in the livingroom from Wayne, due to the rain and heat issue under the metal roof. From Brian, Jason, Andy, and Wayne we couldn't be more pleased with Titan's outstanding work!! Thanks so much guy

Tim Frederick was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and provided excellent customer service after the April 9 hailstorm that damaged my roof. Not only did Tim handle talking with my insurance company and adjuster to secure a new roof, he tarped my damaged roof himself. He also checked on the tarp and its effectiveness after several heavy rains before my new roof went on. He communicated timely and thoroughly and was a true professional. The crew who installed the roof was quick, courteous, and friendly! Highly recommend Titan Roofing!
