Rarely do I write a poor review about a company because some days are better than others. However, I don’t want my neighbors to make the same mistake that I did. Kudos to the folks that work in the office. Pleasant but unable to correct the very poor service of the folks in the field, communication and poor results of a yard that now will require sod replacement. I would suggest finding a different service.

It takes A LOT to provoke me to write a negative review. I write many positive reviews. If a company disappoints, I usually make a change and keep it to myself. However, I will feel really guilty if any of my neighbors, friends or acquaintances initiate service with this calamity of a business and I could have possibly have warned them. I have been a customer of EnviroCare for several years. They did an excellent job. They were responsive, accountable and honest. In 2023, TITAN TURF MANAGEMENT purchased EnviroCare’s Lawn Services Division. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE of a company this turned out to be. Great customer service and people skills. Spoke to Shane today he made me feel a lot more comfortable with the transition from enviro care. Not what you would expect from most businesses. I look forward to having this company as my lawn care provider.
