Titanium Roofers are very professional. They accomplished their work quickly and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Our new roof is beautiful. Since it’s a flat roof, we got the “brilliant white” top layer, and our house is already cooler due to its extreme reflection factor. Michael was a great project manager, who answered all our questions and continued to check on his crew’s progress — from beginning to end. I’m now fully prepared to have solar panels installed on my new roof — just in time to qualify for the final 2025 tax rebate program. I first called Titanium Roofers because my colleague at DLI/Presidio recommended them to me after they installed his roof, and I would certainly recommend them to others.

After 28 years in a newly built home, a few weeks ago I noticed a leak in the roof following California storms. Out of all the roofing companies I contacted in panic, Rafael from Titanium Roofing was the first one to show up with a drone. He gave me comprehensive report with pictures and a competitive pricing. His team promptly patched multiple leaks, replaced a few tiles and even cleaned up the gutters. Then he came back with another crew to paint the inside of a high ceiling, all with a big smile. I had an old tar and gravel roof that was way past its time, and Titanium Roof Innovations replaced it with a new TPO single membrane system with insulation. Patrick Rocha was my project manager, and he did an excellent job from start to finish — clear communication, organized scheduling, and constant updates throughout the process. The crew worked efficiently and kept the area clean every day. The new roof looks great and performs perfectly. Definitely a professional company that delivers what they promise.
