I had a pipe burst in my basement around 8:30 on a Friday night. Water coming out like it was raining. I called them because it said they are open 24 hours a day. I talked to Dan, who was very pleasant and he got someone out to me less than a half hour. The guy that came over was great and quick ! The price was less than I expected! Only reason it isn't 5 stars was because one of the upstairs bathroom sinks isn't working, no water coming out . I called them today and they are coming today to fix it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

TJ's just recently replaced our sump pump. Although I cannot say the process was completely seemless, overall we are happy with the outcome. Josh and Dan were very nice to work with. When an adjustment needed to be made to the original install Dewey was quick to follow through on getting it resolved. I would also like to mention that they seem to be one of the only plumbers in town that actually answer the phone and return calls!

We had a great experience with TJ's. Everyone we spoke to at the office was great! Then Dewy came out for the estimate, he was great! Rob installed an electric boiler for our heating system, he was great, and everything works perfectly. They were very fair with the price too. We could not be happier with TJ's, the entire process from start to finish was an A+.

I was really happy with the service I received from your two workers. They were very polite and work very fast. The thing that really floored me was the price. They were here probably no more than 15 minutes and the charge was $162.50. I'm sorry I didn't ask for an estimate before but I never dreamed it would be that much money. Unfortunately I won't be able to use your services again because I had to use this money that was set aside for other bills it's tough being a senior and trying to budget

My experience has been poor. Originally called for a leak. Still leaking. Paid $700. They broke a piece, called and let them know. They never discussed payment or anything just said a person would come check it out. Another $700. When I called they said a manager would get back to me quickly. Manager never called on top of they just had the worker Chuck call and say what he did. Chuck apologized and said he’d pray for me and my family. Not great customer service after taking all our money.
