Charity's TLC Pool and Spa is a great business for all your pool and spa needs! Knowledgeable, responsive, prompt, competent, and friendly. They are the only ones I've trusted to open and close my saltwater gunite pool! This season she fit me in to get me up and running the day after I called! She and BIF did a great job yesterday and my pool water is already crystal clear! I have never felt pressured for any upsales of product or services. They feel like family (at least the ones you like 👍)

Shame on me for not supporting my local business from the beginning. I told you guys my problem and you had everything to solve it, friendly and helpful along with it ! I was at my wits end trying to find why my skimmers weren’t working. I called three other pool companies. Two no one answered the third said they couldn’t help me. I called TLC, not only did Charity call me back in a few hours. She told me exactly what to do to fix my problem. She wasn’t focused on making money. She was focused on helping. Finally a company I can count on for all my pool needs. Thank You!

I hired this company to install steps in my above ground pool last year beginning of the summer. Indidnt use it because I broke my shoulder. When fall came I had them come and winterize the pool. The workers started taking the steps apart. I asked why. They advised they were not put in right in the first place. This spring I have tried to contact the owner numerous times about putting my steps back together only to be ignored. Also they have raised their prices and do less. Don't recommend them at all
