I have been using T&M fuel since i bought my house in 2022. They have always been very professional and courteous. When I needed repair service they were prompt. Showed exactly what was wrong and gave me options. They didn’t try and stuff me with garbage I didn’t need. Great experiences!!! Thank you so much!

Love these guys, seriously - first ever delivery from them I had questions while they were delivering, and they answered them all. Then this time around I was nervous we’d actually hit empty so I called and Terry being the God-send that she is worked it out to make sure we’ll be good. Such an easy booking process, too - will definitely continue using them! :)

Called for an emergency delivery after another company claimed their truck broke down. Confirmed repeatedly they could deliver the next day (Friday 1/30/2026). After putting me on hold for nearly 20 minutes I called back and my call was immediately answered by the same person. They assured me it would not be a problem. Friday afternoon I called up asking for an ETA and they claimed the order didn't come in until Friday morning, so they won't be delivering until Saturday. I reminded them again that I am basically out of oil and they gave a snarky reply when I asked if I needed to run out and get some diesel fuel to get me through. I called Saturday afternoon as I still hadn't received the delivery. They simply told me they were still out delivering and give them a call again in an hour and

First time using T&M to do annual cleaning of my oil burner. They are my oil provider. Mike P. was excellent! He called before he came. He arrived on time. He was very nice explaining things when I asked questions. He checked every thing on my oil burner during the annual cleaning. He did find a couple of issues and fixed them right then. I can highly recommend T&M Fuel for both oil deliveries and oil burner maintenance.

I ran out of oil late at night and they had me scheduled for the very next day. While other companies make you wait weeks, overcharge for next-day delivery, and lack basic customer service, this company is the complete opposite. Professional, responsive, fairly priced, and truly cares about their customers. Top-notch service that won’t break your wallet. Highly recommend.
