I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. My toilet was clogged last night but we’ve had a main line issue before. Maks sent his workers within the hour of my phone call. The technician was respectful, kind, and extremely professional from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently while making sure the job was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. The service was prompt, clean, and fairly priced. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy plumbing services. Won’t use anyone else!

Had an emergency leak based on my toilet’s seal. Called Toledo and they sent out a plumber by the name of Carlos the same day. He arrived on time was extremely friendly and professional. He got the job done swiftly and was clearly very knowledgeable. He also exercised great due diligence in testing the toilet and ensuring there was no leak and that the seal was holding correctly. He was an all around professional and I would highly recommend the services of Toledo to any of my friends and family.

Hired this plumber for shower valve and diverter work and had multiple issues. The warm temperature range is extremely small, making it hard to dial in a comfortable shower. They arrived without providing a Certificate of Insurance as requested. They left marks on the walls and scratches on my provided showerhead from their tools, plus dirt and debris on the floor. Their work boots also left marks on the floor. The access panel was not installed flush and I had to repeatedly ask them to correct it. I supplied my own showerhead, yet I was charged for a showerhead that came with the kit, which they took with them. I also showed them the TPR (temperature and pressure relief) valve discharge hose on my water heater and one of the workers ripped it off without my consent, which was unprofession
