Our AC went out in the late evening and at 7:30am the next morning I called Tolston. He and his crew were at our home by 9:00am and they had the problem isolated and fixed by 9:30am. They were on time, honest, professional, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have their AC fixed or serviced. Very happy customers here!

Fast, knowledgeable and professional. I needed the furnace in my crawlspace lit just before xmas. Gave Tolston a call and they came out same day almost immediately and went to work. They had the heat up and running within half an hour. Definitely calling them again if needed.

I needed my HVAC (Cooling) worked on back in the summer. Gave "Tolston" a call &, as busy as they were, they had it repaired & back to par in a week! Have had them since we learned them back in 1999, or early 2000. They are as prompt as they can be and just plain nice guys to deal with. Suzette holds down the office & a nicer, kinder person you will never meet! Her dog was very protective of her, the other day. But after I had stayed a while he calmed down! If you need someone to fix your heating or air conditioning unit, be sure to give them a call & I truly think & believe you will not be disappointed! Our HVAC went out and there was no question who to call. Gary and Mark came out and looked at our unit, diagnosed the problem and within two days we had a new unit installed. Top notch company with stellar craftsmanship and knowledge. I wouldn't recommend any other. Peace of mind is everything and Tolston Heating and Air provide, above and beyond.
