ridiculous pricing and non disclosure of parts versus labor when asked I called them out to look at an issue with the water pressure regulator and every good, better , best option delivered was over 7k$ , yeah ... I had to push to get an estimate on the actual issue; they wanted 1k$ to replace the regulator - I passed and paid the 69$ service call anyway a neighbor and I got it done the next day for 1/10 of their proposal I don't mind spending the money on experts but this seemed excessive --- updating this based on the response this old house was at one time two apartments , the second valve is useless , there is no connection to the water system utilizing the second connection its disconnected at the street - we know this because we had to turn the water off at the street; it all c

Michael and Austin did a fantastic job. They were very professional and took many detailed pictures to help show me what was causing my issues. They were able to run new drain pipe for my kitchen and install my water heater in a timely manner. They stayed around to make sure everything was functioning properly and no issues remained. We had TWO great visits from Ben. He got the repair right the first time but a second issue arose in a nearby drain branch. He was able to address that through the same drywall hole he made previously — I hadn’t yet patched it, so that was lucky. The job gave him a little trouble but he stayed until it was all done — he really earned his price quite that day! It’s been a month since the repair and all is well. Time to patch the drywall and hopefully never look at the drain plumbing again.

Wonderful service and prompt arrival by Michael and Cooper. These gentlemen were great, fast and efficient with repairing a leak we had today. They wore shoe covers and cleaned up the area after completing the project. Both were very personable and professional.

Justin and the other guys did a tremendous job repiping our mobile home. They were very polite and dedicated to getting the job done right. We are very happy with the results and no longer having to worry about burst pipes. Thanks again Justin and the guys!
