Caveat emptor... Great place to get ripped off! Paid $1045.63 for an "original 1970 door A+ shape, NO bondo." Yea it's bondo filled garbage. Edit to add receipt. Bought a few years back but had life fall apart the week I took delivery so the whole project has been sitting until this past month. Regardless, door was purchased under auspices of "undamaged metal."

I had bought a number of items from them years ago and was always a satisfactory purchase. We decided to go out of the way to see their shop on the way to Myrtle Beach from Canada, a number of years ago now. My young son came in to see the shop with me, along with his mothers iphone to take some photos. About 4 hours after we left Altoona, to our dismay, the iphone was nowhere to be found! We concluded it was left at Brandas. A frantic call to them confirmed that it was there...we were way too far from there to turn around so the young guy on the phone said we'll just ship it to your motel in Myrtle Beach on UPS. They are very dishonest about their shipping. They charge you 21.75 for shipping and the price for the fender. Then they call you the next day to charge you for additional shipping. BAD way to do business. CJ pony, Summit, classic industries have lower prices on parts and better shipping rates that are disclosed at purchase. To top it off the manager Carl makes derogatory statements to a customer. He needs to be fired. You are losing business from his unprofessionalism. I WILL NEVER buy from you again...

I have purchased through this store many times & spent over thousands of dollars here. I will no longer shop or buy here. I bought a Christmas gift for my father & it happened to be the wrong item. I called to either exchange or return the product. The lady who I talked to was arrogant & had a smart mouth for no reason. She “acted” if she knew everything & because I wanted to return the item & that I would spend more money doing so. Some people do NOT need to be in customer service. I have talked to the men here, & they are always nice. They need to fire her or put her in the back.

Poor customer service over the phone. I called to get a status update on when my parts would ship out. Receptionist said they shipped out the day prior. I asked for a tracking number and she started to spell out the tracking number. I then asked her politely. "Can you send that to me in a email?" She said "Can you write it down instead?" "I don't have a pen and paper on me." I mentioned that she could email to me. "That's too much of a hassle to locate your email You can call back when you have a pen and paper." Not buying from this company again.
