They handled everything from the kitchen design to obtaining all the permits, the demolition, electrical, plumbing, helping me decide on cabinets and countertops and all the finishing touches to building me the kitchen of my dreams. It was extremely easy to communicate with everyone on the team and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Every person involved in my project was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and friendly and invested in doing a great job. They truly did top quality work. There were no surprise costs and didn’t go over budget. We brought in Top Home Builders to do a significant roof framing repair that required a structural engineer. THB provided all the services required from initial assessment, detailed planning, permits, implementation and inspections. We could not be happier with the results.
