I was in a bind and needed my AC fixed in what felt like the hottest week of the summer. My credit sucks and no one would finance me. I posted on Facebook looking for recommendations and a few people recommended TopLine. Not only did they work with me and offer payment arrangements, but the owner, Brittany literally worked ALL DAY reading the owners manual to my unit AND called to fight for my warranty. They also came and replaced my Heating igniter in like 30 minutes last week. I will NEVER use anyone else. They are amazing.

Terrible. Technician lied about the work he performed. Company and owner never resolved anything. It was months, all of which I communicated and I never even asked for a discount or to not have to pay the bill. Instead of resolving or even giving me a final answer, they just send it off for collections and double the cost of the bill for work they didn't even performed correctly and a service the technician did not perform.
