My builder used this company to install the HVAC in my home. Installation seemed fine, until the system needed a repair covered under the warranty. The owner completely ignores calls, texts. Here I am in the middle of winter, without heat. Ignoring customers after taking their money is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism. If you’re considering this company, think twice. A warranty is worthless if the company refuses to honor it. I will never use them again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable service.

The service tech was nice but did not inform me that he was taking our programmable thermostat that connects to our wifi and replaced it with some cheap $5 thermostat. I’ve contacted the company and NO RESPONSE! So yeah I feel they basically stole our nicer thermostat.

I highly recommend them. Jimmette, the technician, tried to trouble shoot our furnace issue for a long time. My husband and I decided our inoperable furnace needed to go, so we asked for a quote. Top Notch offered us a reasonable price and after seeing their quote—- I began to suspect that another local company was trying to rip us off the previous summer with a prospective quote. I am grateful that we had good. honest people help us out. It’s a company I will return to in the future.

Simply making a mistake is you don’t call them first . Ask for James 5 stars! James came out and was very knowledgeable, Saved me alot of money because the previous company told me that my system had to be replaced and could not be fixed. I didnt have 12,000 for a new HVAC system. I called for a 2nd opinion and James had my system back up and running in 15 minutes. I will use these guys again. Thank you Top Notch!

Marlon was very polite, he took time to ensure that the work he did was complete and working before he left. He also stayed over to insure he came to get my heat working, he then took the time to explain his work and the work done by vendors prior to him getting here. I am very thankful for Marlon that’s an example of professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Thank you so much Marlon.
