Good: quick, correct diagnosis, appt times were complied with, quick repair, cleaned the work site Not so good: it took two visits over 5 days, and my dishwasher was out of service. We ate out and hand-washed dishes for that time. Used to be that parts were available on the truck, but that’s not the business model any more. Also, the customer was not consulted about the scheduled times; I just received a text which dictated the time to me.

The Top Notch tech did a great job. My Samsung refrigerator was leaking water, the filteration unit had to be replaced. Kirill was professional, timely and answered all my questions.

Repair Technician came and diagnosed the problem right away. Though he didn’t have the part to repair the washer. But he will be back to repair it in 2 days. So we are happy that it was an easy fix. But just wish it was done on the same day. Great service overall though. So for the continuation of the service. Konstantin was right on time. Came in and exchanged the part . He had everything done very quickly and clean. Thank you for getting it back on line for us!

This company was sent out by my Home Warranty and they did an exceptional job with the refrigerator that needed Repair.
