I can’t say enough positive things about this company and its crew. We called late on a Saturday night, and Top Quality was able to schedule our move for Sunday morning. We needed help moving from our apartment on the fourth floor. The elevator in the apartment complex had been struck by lightning the week prior, and these guys came in and moved everything out within 2 hours. The rate beat out all of the other local moving companies by far, one of which also quoted me 6-7 hours to move everything. Top Quality’s movers were polite, efficient, and thorough. They handled our items carefully and wrapped any fragile items, none of which were damaged. They helped us get the move done with short notice and no elevator. I have no family and not only did they cancel on me at the very last minute two minutes before they were scheduled to come, but they knew that the previous movers had just randomly canceled on me too, so I booked them in a rush because I have no family I’m on the second floor and I have a foot injury Even though the only positive thing was that they refunded me back. I’m actually having a dispute. U-Haul movers for not refunding me back so all in all this has been a horrible moving experience for me. I do not recommend especially if you don’t have family and you’re doing it on your own. Try to see if you can hire true professionals.
