Top Shelf is Top Notch! John was our service tech and he was phenomenal! His quality of work is great, professional, and he is courteous to the customer. I appreciate that he cleaned up after himself and didn’t leave a mess to clean up once he was gone. He took his time and explained the problems as well as what was needed to correct it. I will for sure use Top Shelf Plumbing for any issues that I need fixed in the future.

Top Shelf put in my new stainless steel kitchen sink late last year. Today, they replaced my master bath sink faucets. All is well. They do a great j9b and are very competent. I recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you Top Shelf. 7.25.25-Today they came because my garbage disposal stopped working. John brought a new one into the kitchen but he got mine working. He could have sold me on a new one but he saved my old one. Thanks TS, you're the best. Today is 11.13.25. You guys came to look at my stove. Turns out it has an electrical issue which is not your territory. But you recommend an appliance company and did not charge me for the advice. That's why I always call you. You are reliable and do a great job and I trust you. Thanks again.

During the heavy rains last week, we discovered a roof leak that badly damaged our living room. Top Shelf Restoration & Construction, led by Michael Macdonald, was incredible from start to finish. They provided clear, reliable communication every single day during the four days they spent restoring our living room. What really stood out to me was how considerate they were of my schedule. They understood I needed to pick up my son from school and were more than willing to work around that, which meant a lot to our family. Their work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly above and beyond. Our living room now looks even better than it did before the damage. Top Shelf employees Jesse and Brayden and Tylrr went above and beyond to try and detect a leak in our home. They had to return as a new spot appeared. They didn't charge us for that visit and reassured us they would find the problem. They did and we were grateful. They cleaned everything up and left the space clean. 😊

Everyone at Top Shelf was great to work with. Kelly and Pete awesome management. Kyle and Jesse did a great job of fixing my sink, drain pipes & garbage disposal .
