My daughter lost the keys to her car. She’s a single mom and needed someone fair and honest to help her. The car was running and had no issues (other than a lost key) before the locksmith came. The locksmith showed up to help but quickly left, then the data panel no longer worked in the car and would cost over 5k to fix. You can draw your own conclusion. The car worked before the locksmith, then no longer drivable after he left. This situation forced my daughter to buy a new car bc the value of her car wasn’t worth spending over 5k to repair. I wished I was making this scenario up bc my daughter now has car payments she didn’t have before. The company took no responsibility and stopped responding to her….. I had such a great experience with this locksmith when they helped me change out the battery on my key fob. It was quick easy and incredibly convenient to have a company so close to me here in Leander. While my key fob issue was simple I also got to witness more complex issues being quickly resolved and taken care of with confidence and efficiency. Amazing service! My child put a stick in my door lock and I was not able to use my key. Alex came quickly and was able to remove it with in 10 minutes! Thanks so much!
