Very pleased! I called Topline for an estimate for 2 seperate minisplit systems, one for each of two 1 bedroom apartments. Bill, the sales rep was excellent. He was thorough, easy to deal with, was very responsive to texts, and very knowledgeable as well. I'm glad we had him, great sales rep for certain. The setup we came up with was also the best placement for this application as well and about 10 days after I signed the financing agreement, the systems were installed. Matthew, who was also excellent, was the crew leader of a group of 5 guys and they had both systems installed and tested, cleaned up very well after themselves, Matthew gave me a crash course on the functions of the heads, and they were in and out by 2:30pm. Becca did an amazing job with getting me and good price for mini split installation and onto the schedule quickly. She was thorough, explained everything very well, and was very kind. Installation took place the next day. One thing needed to be adjusted but topline reached out immediately to assist and send a technician. I’m very happy with my new system. .

We had the sales representative Mike out on Monday, he gave us a competitive price and by Tuesday afternoon the installation team from Topline Heating & Air had installed our 12000 BTU unit.
