Went there twice today for a project that was a little out of my depth. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable and set me up with the right parts at a reasonable price. In fact, I recommend comparison shopping there first if you're considering ordering a part online. We ordered one of our larger parts for a Sloan Flushmate from Amazon and could have had it three days faster for the same price if we'd have bought locally. We learned our lesson and we'll definitely use them again.

Awesome customer service on the phone and in person!!! John was very knowledgeable and friendly. I drove a hour to get there and it was well worth the drive !!! They had my part!! Highly recommend !!!!
