Terrible. No matter how many times you ask them politely to change the direction of their mowers, they don’t and ultimately blow dirt, rocks, and debris into cars scratching the paint. Management of crews ignores the issues and doesn’t act on customer request. If you want your cars paint messed up, these are the guys who will do the best job in town. If they aren’t the worst, they better hope the worst landscaping company doesn’t go out of business.

I was almost clipped and run off of the road by one of their dump trucks... The driver decided he didn't wanna go turn left anymore and cut me off going straight and almost clipped the front of my car crossing 611 just south of Doylestown, PA. I called the company to report it and the office manager couldn't tell me what they would do was not apologetic at all, and said "I can't say if the owners will call you back about this". So it seems without even hiring them, that they are dangerous and don't care.... from the top to the bottom. Would you trust them on your property? Not me.

Total Turf has done a lot of work for me over the years. The work is always done when they say it will be done and I could not be happier with the work performed. Would definitely recommend them!

Absolutely terrible company! They scratched at least three cars near the office they were landscaping. dirt and leaves got on the cars and INSIDE THE CARS!!! Before cleaning the leaves they didn't even come up to say that the cars needed to be moved! We told them that they had dirtied the cars and the stones that flew to the side left scratches on the cars. one of the cars had JUST BEEN PURCHASED! to this they replied that they would let their boss know. Today is the second day and no response. When I came to the office and wanted to talk to them, they just walked away. Who will compensate for the damage on the vehicle - may need to pursue legal action due to the scale of damage. Terrible service by inattentive workers that damages several vehicles.

Lakeside park in Southampton uses them. We are in the 300 building. The workers decided it was a great idea to mulch the leaves that had fallen into the parking lot but forgot the most important step, NOTIFY THE DRIVERS TO MOVE THEIR VEHICLES! They ran their machines inbetween and under our cars, scratching them and making them absolutely filthy. The saddest part is the workers saw us! It is so easy to just knock on the coinciding suites and say “hey if any of these cars are yours can you please move them”. But nope no notification was made. Now my car is scratched and filthy after just being washed not even 2 days ago! We notified the employees of our upset and the said their boss will come by and talk to us.
