Toto

I purchased two TOTO toilets with washlets on Dec 5, 24 from Fergusons. They were 4000.00 for 2. They were delivered on Dec 12, 24 and installed on Dec 13 and Dec 22, 24. One of the toilets works fine however the other one stopped working after about 3 weeks. When I called Fergusons I was told the warranty is from Toto and not seller. So I called TOTO and was told we will repair it after I send it back to them and it may be about three weeks instead of offering to send a new one and have me send back the broken one especially since it has only been a few weeks/In the meantime I will have to buy a standard toilet seat and replace it until I get the repaired one back. I was raving about these toilets to all my friends and was going to order a few more however with this service plan I am thin
