February 2024 We used them again for our business. Very professional and they got all the chairs clean within an hour. Affordable price, very easy to book an appointment and we didn’t have to wait long. Planning to use them for the business and personal home in the future. We bought a used large sectional, which needed a lot of work due to numerous coffee stains. Now it's looking like a brand new sectional and is smelling fresh. It took a team of two a couple of hours to finish and they wore their masks the whole time. Very thoroughly work. Toucan offers affordable price and great service! We love it and will be using them in the future! Highly recommend!

After stripping the floors they did one light mop which left a lot of dirt and residue. Then they put wax over the dirty floor. They left floor stripper residue all over my walls and baseboards. They first denied it saying my baseboards were already dirty. After an hour of going back and forth on the phone they finally admitted to it but said if they clean it the paint will be ruined. I asked for a refund since they could not solve the issue and they refused. Therefore, I now have to paint my whole house plus get the floors re cleaned plus the $525 I lost paying them.

Alex just helped me out today… really kind and really seeks to give his best service at all times! As I wait for it to dry… I already see good work! I added a photo… those white stains you see are now all gone as well! 💪💪

They did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. I don’t remember his name but he was efficient and took his time with difficult areas. High recommend I have been using them for over 7 years. You will not be disappointed. 10/10!
