It's a pity that some of your rude staff have tarnished your companies reviews. I had a fantastic experience with your younger guy 'JAMES' that came from Toupin Towing & Recovery. He was extremely polite & friendly. (That's a rarity these days, especially from someone young) and explained why I needed to change my battery. He was also so patient & helpful when I had trouble accessing my documents/receipt on my phone. What a great asset to his bosses company. I'd recommend this business purely from the great, positive experience that I had with this younger gentleman as well as his help replacing my vehicle battery. Thank you James!! Chrissy

10/10 Would Slide Into a Ditch Again (If Toupin Is Coming) Like many other completely insane New Englanders, I decided to leave for work on Monday morning, January 26th, after 25 inches of snow, as if it were just another normal day. Naturally, my car immediately slid about 30 degrees into a ditch between my driveway and the steep road I live on at 6:15 AM. Perfect start. I call AAA. 45 minutes later, one company shows up, can’t make it up the hill, and says they’re going to “go around the block.” Spoiler alert: they never came back. Another 45 minutes of waiting, I call AAA again, only to be told the road is “inaccessible” and I need to call the town to have it sanded. Called AAA and they sent this company. Guy was pleasant but something was off by what he was saying. I have 5 miles of tow with AAA and tow driver also stated i have 5 miles of free towing. While he was speaking he went on about not getting paid by aaa for anything over 3 miles or whatever the member had. Then he realized he made a mistake by Saying the garage is 3.5 miles away but that i had five miles of free tow. The garage was in fact not 3 miles away but .7 miles and he tried to make it 3 miles by going around in circles onvarious streets but was unable to continue doing so. My car was towed due to innocent misunderstanding. I was right outside my house and could have easily moved it - no harm done and they refused to just let me move my car because of course they would lose out on an opportunity to screw an innocent person out of 399 dollars so forget that.
